	Match Points		The Stage 1 matches will be held in league. Each winning team receives three (3) points and the loser zero (0) points. In the event of a tie, both teams receive one (1) point each. In the event of a walkover, the goal scored by the two teams are set to 1 – 0.
			If a team wishes to discontinue a match, it must to do so at half time. The number of goals secured by the teams will be taken as twice as that were at half time.
	CAP		1st half Cap on time and goal difference - time cap: 20 min (elapsed time) and goal difference cap: more than 15 (Both caps must be applied together)
			2nd half Cap on time and goal difference - time cap: 20 min (elapsed time) and goal difference cap: more than 10 (Both caps must be applied together)
	Criteria		In the event of a tie in number of points, the following criteria are used in order of priority:
			1) Goal difference
			2) Goal scored (total goals scored)
			3) Direct comparison - winner of the match between the two
